General

All items are authentic, strictly graded and are guaranteed genuine. Very occasionally mistakes will happen (despite years of trying, I am still not infallible) and our returns policy will ensure complete satisfaction. In the unlikely event that you have any problems when dealing with us then please talk to us. Regardless of the conditions laid out below, our primary concern is that clients are happy with their purchases and come back to buy from us in the future. All items are sent out on approval upon receipt of payment.

Payment

United Kingdom: Payments may be made by cheque, bank transfer, cash or Paypal. Credit and debit card payments can be made using Paypal. Cheques should be made payable to Lee Toone.

Overseas: Payments should be made by Paypal in sterling. Credit and debit card payments can also be made using Paypal.

Title of goods does not pass until payment is made in full.

Shipping

United Kingdom: Coin orders up to £50 are mailed for £2.50, over £50 for £5.00.

Overseas: Coin orders up to £100 are mailed for £5.00, over £100 for £8.00.

All orders are sent fully insured and at our risk. Please note I use a private 3rd party insurer for some shipments. As such, there will be not always be notations of insurance on the package.

Books and other non-coin orders are shipped at cost. This will include mail charges, packing materials and insurance.

Returns Policy

All items are sent on a 14 day approval and should anything be unsatisfactory, it may be returned within this period for either exchange, credit or refund of the purchase price. The customer shall usually bear the cost of returning all items and shall insure them for their full value. This does not apply in cases where items are proved not to be genuine or to be misdescribed.
